Duties

• Review Offer to Purchase
• Review the Purchase and Sale Agreement
• Negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and review with client(s)
• Referrals to home inspectors and mortgage lenders and other professionals, if necessary
• Review Attorney Certification of Title, Deed and other Documentation
• Advice on problems/issues that arise between the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the closing date
• Obtain and agree on closing costs and adjustments
• Coordinate closing
• Attend closing and review, interpret and explain documentation
