Duties
- Review Offer to Purchase
- Review the Purchase and Sale Agreement
- Negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and review with client(s)
- Referrals to home inspectors and mortgage lenders and other professionals, if necessary
- Review Attorney Certification of Title, Deed and other Documentation
- Advice on problems/issues that arise between the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the closing date
- Obtain and agree on closing costs and adjustments
- Coordinate closing
- Attend closing and review, interpret and explain documentation
