Attorney Kotseas has been in the practice of law since 1975 and has concentrated primarily in the areas of real estate representation, commercial and business transactions, preparation of wills and settlement of estates. He attended Suffolk University, Boston, MA, earning it’s BSBA degree in 1973 and Suffolk Law School earning his Juris Doctor degree and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1975. Attorney Kotseas is a member of the Worcester County Bar Association, and The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
Attorney LaPointe joined the firm in September 2009 and has been practicing law since 1990. Her practice concentrates primarily in the area of real estate conveyancing for residential and commercial properties. Sharon is also skilled in the area of trusts and estates. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting, graduating magna cum laude from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class from the University of Dayton School of Law. Sharon is a member of the Massachusetts and Worcester County Bar Associations and has served on the Board of Directors of Grafton Suburban Credit Union.
I joined Kotseas LaPointe, P.C. in 2021. I practice mainly in the area of residential and commericial conveyancing. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Worcester State University. I graduated top 5% of my law class at Western University School of Law in 2020 and graduated with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College the same year. I am licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
Terry joined the firm in March 1998 and is coordinator of the mortgage department. She is responsible for the mortgage department staff and assisting lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys through a successful closing process. Terry has an Associate of Science degree in legal/executive office management. She has worked in the corporate and law office real estate fields since 1990.
Chris joined the mortgage department in April 1995. She has been working in the real estate field with emphasis in mortgage closings since 1986, making her an integral part of the closing team. She is responsible for assisting lenders, buyers, sellers, realtors and attorneys through a successful closing process. She also assists with our title division, Highland Title & Closings, and has expertise in obtaining title documentation necessary to clear defective titles.
Linda joined the firm in April 2000 and works with the real estate department. She is a specialist in short sale negotiation and assisting with buyer and seller representation. She has worked in the real estate field since 1984. Linda has brought hundreds of real estate transactions for buyers and sellers to a successful conclusion.
Deb joined the firm in July 2018 as a real estate paralegal. She works with real estate brokers, lenders and attorneys in assisting buyers and sellers to successfully navigate the closing process. Deb attended the paralegal program at Atlantic Union College and has worked in the law office real estate field since 1993.
